Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Solvren AI LLC ("Solvren AI", "we", "us") collects through solvren.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Data we handle while building systems for clients is governed by the contract with that client.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, and your message, plus your phone number and industry if you choose to give them. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.
• Usage data. Our analytics record pages viewed, the referring site, approximate country, device type and browser, and page-speed measurements. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (including IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and similar technology

This site does not set cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. That is why you do not see a cookie banner. The only thing we store in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, kept in local storage after you press the theme switch. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We do not use session replay, heatmaps, or any tool that records your keystrokes, mouse movements or what you type into forms before you submit them. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
• To understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast and secure.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Email

We email you only to answer an enquiry you sent or about an engagement you are part of. We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever send marketing email, it will identify us, include our postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and we will honour opt-outs promptly.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Ahrefs: cookieless web analytics.
• Formspree: receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Our business email provider, which stores the messages we exchange with you.

These providers may process data in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics data is aggregated and kept according to each provider's retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU and the UK (GDPR), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to or limit how we use it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email nitya@solvren.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you give us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
